Account access

SMM MNL PH is a private customer panel. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. Google sign-in does not bypass account review: a new account may remain pending until approved. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Orders and public links

• Choose a service, submit the correct public target link, select a valid quantity, and review the PHP total before confirming an order.
• You must have the right or authorization to promote the submitted profile, post, video, channel, store, app, or website.
• We do not need your social-media password and you should never place passwords or other private credentials in an order link or support message.
• Incorrect, private, deleted, restricted, or changed links can prevent fulfillment and may not qualify for a refund.

Delivery, refills, and refunds

Service availability, start time, delivery pace, refill coverage, and retention vary by catalog item and can be affected by third-party platform changes. Any refill or refund applies only when the selected service shows that eligibility and the request meets its conditions. Orders do not guarantee monetization, verification, ranking, revenue, reach, or approval by any platform.

Wallet and top-ups

Wallet credits are used to purchase services in the panel and are not a bank account, savings product, or investment. A top-up is credited after payment confirmation. Order charges, eligible refunds, and account adjustments appear in wallet and order records. Do not submit false or altered payment proof.

Acceptable use

Do not use SMM MNL PH for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, deception, unauthorized targets, platform abuse, payment fraud, attempts to disrupt the service, or access to another customer’s account. We may restrict, suspend, or close access while reviewing suspected abuse, security risk, chargebacks, or violations of these terms.

Third-party platforms

SMM MNL PH is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google, ByteDance, Telegram, or other social and marketplace platforms. Their rules, systems, and availability can change without our control. You remain responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your accounts and content.

Changes and support

We may update the catalog, pricing, product features, and these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. For account, order, or terms questions, use the live support channel on the SMM MNL PH website.
