Information we collect

• Account details such as your name and email address. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your verified email address, name, and basic profile information used to identify your account.
• Order details such as the selected service, quantity, price, and the public profile, post, video, channel, or website link you submit for fulfillment.
• Wallet and payment details such as top-up amount, transaction reference, payment proof, settlement status, and wallet activity. We do not ask for or store your Google password.
• Support messages and technical records needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.

How we use information

• Create and protect your account, review account access, and keep customers signed in securely.
• Process wallet top-ups, place requested orders, show delivery status, and handle eligible refill or refund requests.
• Provide customer support, prevent abuse, keep operational records, and meet legal or security obligations.
• Improve service reliability and communicate important changes to the product or these policies.

Google sign-in data

Google sign-in is optional. We use the basic account information Google shares only for authentication and account identification. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, advertising account, social content, or Google password. We do not sell Google user data.

When information is shared

We share only what is reasonably needed with service-fulfillment providers, payment and settlement systems, hosting and storage providers, and security or support tools. A submitted public target link and the order specifications may be sent to a fulfillment provider. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers and the service.

Retention and security

We keep account, order, wallet, payment, support, and security records for as long as they are needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may use email and password instead of Google sign-in. You may also ask to review, correct, or delete eligible account information.
